Abbeyfield House

Sewell House is a large Victorian double-fronted former family residence, converted to the highest standards and providing accommodation for seven residents. It is a residential home for the elderly who can still manage on their own but need much more manageable surroundings.

There are no rules, except of course those of common courtesy and good neighbourliness with the residents free to come and go and receive visitors as they please.

The whole house is centrally heated and there are communal rooms, a utility/laundry room and an attractive, well maintained garden.

The Housekeeper provides lunch and dinner in the dining room
seven days a week, with the residents responsible for their own
breakfast (food is provided).

The lounge is always well used before and after meals for coffee and a chat. Cleaning of rooms is provided.
